PD Labs | Cedar Park
After a long year of development and construction, the Cedar Park pharmaceutical company, Prescription Dispensing Labs, has announced an opening date for its new building. Expected in early April, PD Labs will be moving from its location at 101 Commercial Parkway to a 7,500-square-foot building at 1513 East New Hope Drive in Cedar Park. Learn more here.
Highland Vista Office Park | Georgetown
Plans for a new 46,000-square-feet office park are now in development by Commerce Realty Partners Inc. and will be located at 2951 FM 1460 in Georgetown. The project details 46 single-story units that will be spread across 18 different buildings, with each unit averaging 1,000 square feet. Spanning 5.72 acres, this development is sure to be an exciting addition to Georgetown. Learn more here.
Hero Way Medical Office | Leander
The first building in this medical office is nearly done, with final interior finishing underway! The Hero Way medical office is nestled on the southwest corner of Hero Way and Mel Mathis Boulevard in Leander. The development features a patient drop-off area, a lobby, roomy elevators, and several upgrades to the interior. Building 1 is 20,000 square feet, one-story, and set to be the home of Austin Gastroenterology’s Endoscopy Center and Clinic.
