Neighborhood Spotlight: Magnolia Creek In Leander, TX

Magnolia Creek is a subdivision in west Leander, specifically west of 183. This Leander neighborhood was built in 2006 by D.R. Horton, one of the most famous builders in the Austin area. Home sizes vary from 1,700 to 2,500 square feet. Homes typically have 3 to 4 bedrooms and 2 to 3 bathrooms. Homes usually come with quarter-acre lots and can be one and two-story styles with traditional stucco, brick and stone facades, and wooden fences for privacy. It’s a very suburban area with wide, quiet streets surrounded by single-family homes. The mandatory HOA for the community helps pay for the maintenance of a community park, tot lot, community pool, and walking nature trails. The association fee ranges from $55 to $60 a month. Kids living in the Magnolia neighborhood will be zoned for Camacho Elementary, Leander Middle School, and Glenn High School.
