Yellow House Foundation
After a long search, the Yellow House Foundation finally found its forever home this past June in Leander. The Foundation held its official groundbreaking ceremony on June 21, 2023. Located at 804 Leander Drive, the Yellow House’s new home is significantly larger, roughly 6,000 square feet, and will provide the necessary space for the organization’s expanding services. Keep your eyes peeled as construction continues on this exciting project!
River Ranch County Park
An exciting new Williamson County park opened up to the public on July 22, 2023, after countless years of design and development. The River Ranch County Park spans 1,354 acres and features beautiful trails, open greenery, unique wildlife, and easy access to the South Fork San Gabriel River.
Leander Municipal Athletic Complex
City Council officially approved the design for Leander’s Municipal Athletic Complex in mid-May 2023. This 77-acre complex will be situated along the South San Gabriel River Park, featuring six athletic fields for softball, lacrosse, cricket, rugby, and other multipurpose uses. Leander’s Crystal Village
The luxurious and highly-sought-after Crystal Village community announced plans to welcome a new multifamily portion of the development earlier this year. This development will include a 15-acre apartment complex with just under 350 units, a restaurant, and several retail stores.
