Amenities 

The neighborhood developers reserved over 100 acres of green space and parkland when they built the community. It means there are several green spaces for residents like Tumlinson Park, Apache Park, and Comanche Park. All of the parks offer playscapes, scenic greenery, and nature. Tumlinson Park goes beyond by providing a hiking trail around the park, barbecue grills, sand volleyball courts, two tennis courts, a basketball court, and more! Tumlinson Park also has Tumlinson Pool. This pool features a gradual descent into five feet in depth, a mushroom waterfall, three-tiered slides, outdoor showers, and plenty of shade during those hot Texas summers! Another pool on site is Apache Pool. Residents can take advantage of this heated pool during the winter months. It has six lanes and ranges in depth from three feet to five feet. 

Residents of Block House can use the historic Walker House to host meetings, gatherings, and special events. The Walker House was built in 1838 by the Republic of Texas and has been saved and renovated.
