Newly opened, exciting renovations, set to open this year – there’s no shortage of exciting local business updates coming to Leander and Cedar Park in 2023.
Leander
The Leander community is expecting great things this month. Check out some of the highlights from February:
Uptown Club | 186 Mourning Dove Lane
This new construction project began in early January this year and is expected to be completed by January 31st, 2024. The estimated cost for Uptown Club will be $2.5 million and will include the construction of a new commercial building, concrete pavement, underground utilities, and more.
Niva Dental | 15101 Ronald Reagan Blvd., Ste. 516
The $750,000 renovation and alteration of Niva Dental will take several months, beginning on February 1st, and is expected to complete in late June of this year. The project will primarily focus on building out the interior of the establishment.
Integrity Nail Bar | 14105 Ronald Reagan Blvd
A much shorter project than most, the new construction of Integrity Nail Bar began on January 31st and is predicted to only need until April 30th to complete its development. The project will cost approximately $100,000.
Wink Optical and Eye Care | 3651 Hwy. 183, Ste. 190
The tenant construction of an optical clinic in a shell building is projected to cost $229,000 and will run from January 15th to the 15th of May, 2023.
Cedar Park
This month in Cedar Park, several developments are coming to the community. Discover some of the major updates from February below:
Urbanist Cedar Park Mixed-Use Development | 1200 S. Bell Blvd.
An immense new construction project of a mixed-use development will begin September 1st and run until the end of 2024. This $7.5 million project will include two restaurants, numerous office warehouses, tenant spaces, and more.
Petbar | 406 W. Whitestone Blvd., Ste. 204
A $375,000 renovation of a unique pet grooming facility is projected for March to August 2023. This development will focus on building out the interior of the existing space available.
