At Deerbrooke, the tax rate for this neighborhood is 2.54%. The amount is typically the same for each resident, but the size of the lot for the home is a factor that can vary the amount. According to the Williamson Central Appraisal District website, a lot close to 60 x 120 has the amount of $1,531.19. This tax also means that while your home increases in value (yay for building equity!), your home value is still only taxed at the community rate so you’ll be paying the same amount. 

Phase II

Phase II has begun and is in the pre-selling phase. Meritage Homes, GFOHome, Gehan Homes, Perry Homes, Monticello Homes, Sitterle Homes, Century Communities are among the home builders building within Deerbrooke. Chesmar is a builder that has been added to the Phase II build-out, but they don’t have a website yet.
