We wrote about the popular Southwestern restaurant expanding to Leander in November, and now it’s here! Blue Corn Harvest opened its third location in Leander on April 19th. The two other sites are in Cedar Park and Georgetown. The Leander restaurant is located at 11840 Hero Way W., Bldg. A, Leander. They’re planning on adding more outdoor seating once the weather warms up this summer.
On their website, they describe themselves as “a moderately priced, casual theme style establishment serving authentic Southwestern cuisine.” They have a main dining area and a full-service bar with various local and international wine, beer, and mixed alcoholic beverages.
Blue Corn Harvest Bar & Grill serves brunch, lunch, and dinner. Brunch is on the weekends from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. On Wednesday or Wine Down Wednesday, they offer half-price bottles of wine all night. Monday through Friday, they offer $4 House Margaritas from 11 am to 3 pm. The meals range from classic breakfast foods like pancakes, omelets, and eggs benedicts, to soups and salads, tacos and enchiladas, and sandwiches. The dinner menu is similar by offering the same soup and salad, sandwiches, tacos, and enchiladas.
