Regios Tacos al Vapor
Regios Tacos al Vapor opened earlier this spring off Parmer Lane, making it the 4th location in the Austin area restaurant. Find the new site at 10001 W. Parmer Lane, Austin. Regios has been serving Mexican food for over ten years. They pride themselves on using fresh ingredients and consistent quality. The eatery serves several Mexican dishes such as street tacos, tacos Tlaquepaque, tacos al vapor, and quesadillas. They are open from 8 AM to 8 PM. Check them out on their website here.
Tacos La Catrina
Another Mexican eatery opened this summer. Tacos La Catrina, located at 15400 N. RM 620, is a food truck serving authentic Mexican food like suadero tacos, quesabirria tacos, and tortas. Their best selling items are the quesabirria, birria quesadilla, steak quesadilla, suadero tacos, and birria tacos. They’re open from 11 AM to 8 PM Tuesday through Saturday and from 12 PM to 6 PM on Sundays. They’re closed on Mondays. Check them out on Facebook here.
Taquitos y Mas
Taquitos y Mas opened earlier this summer in June. Find the food truck at 1202 N. RM 620 for their breakfast and lunch dishes like tacos, tortas, tamales, and fajitas. For all the Californians out there, they have a California burrito! They’re open Monday through Thursday from 6:30 AM to 4 PM and from 7 AM to 7 PM on Friday and Saturdays. They’re closed on Sundays.
