This mixed-use office and retail development is poised to contain six separate buildings located on Highway 29 between Georgetown and Leander. Once the Vista @ 29 project is completed, two office buildings will line the back side of the site, an office and retail building will sit on the east side, and another retail space will rest on the west side.
While a majority of the area is still under construction, businesses such as cafes, doctor offices, and several retail shops have started to open over the past few months, particularly in buildings 9073 and 9017, which are more developed portions of this mixed-use space.
