Two new restaurants are coming to Cedar Park this summer! Shogun Japanese Grill & Sushi Bar and Fajita Pete’s will call Cedar Park home in a few months.
Shogun Japanese Grill and Sushi Bar
In September, Shogun Japanese Grill and Sushi Bar will open their Cedar Park location. Shogun is only based in Texas and currently has 27 locations throughout the state – the surrounding Houston area, Humble, and New Braunfels. Besides this new location, the closest one to the Austin area would be their Pflugerville location. The restaurant is known for its steak, fresh fish, sushi, and hibachi experience. The new space will have about 8,000 square feet and three rooms dedicated to reservable party rooms. They will be taking over what used to be Fuddruckers at 11023 Pecan Park Blvd.
Fiesta Pete’s
Fiesta Pete’s already calls Austin home, as their first Austin-area location opened in February at 5523A Balcones Drive. This summer, they’re expanding to Cedar Park, with the new site scheduled to open in July at 2800 E Whitestone Blvd #130. They’re a Houston-based restaurant, so most of their restaurants are in Houston and the surrounding Houston areas – Sugarland, Missouri City, Katy, and Conroe. The Cedar Park location will only be their second Austin-area location. Their menu features Tex-Mex favorites like fajitas, homemade sides, tortillas, queso, margaritas, and more! The restaurant will offer delivery, catering, and pickup.
